TAG Heuer Monaco 24 McQueen CAL5111.FC6299

For the film McQueen picked the newly introduced Calibre 12 Monaco 1133B, with its metallic blue dial, and the 1133 is commonly nicknamed the McQueen Monaco. The Monaco 24 takes its name from the 24 Hours of Le Mans; TAG Heuer showed the concept at Baselworld 2009. In the Calibre 36 production watches the chronograph movement hangs in the case on four shock-absorbing arms, runs at 36,000 vibrations per hour and is COSC-certified.

The Monaco 24 Gulf (CAL5110.FC6265) and Monaco 24 Black (CAL5113.FC6329) share its 40.5 mm steel case with black dials. The blue Monaco Calibre 12 Steve McQueen (CAW2111.FC6183) and Calibre 11 Steve McQueen (CAW211P.FC6356) carry the name in a smaller 39 mm case.
